Studio Montgomery was founded in 2026 by Christy Montgomery with a mission to improve places and paths-of-travel through the practice of graphic design. The studio is passionate about emerging ideas in urban design and improving the public realm.

Our mission is to enhance connections, to serve community, to embrace ecology and to design more inviting, comfortable places at the human scale.
This mission is realized through tailored solutions combining experience, analysis and a gut instinct that pushing for creative solutions. The studio's work is notable for thoughtful narratives, clear strategies and a collaborative approach.

The studio founder, Christy Montgomery, brings 20+ years of design experience on 150+ projects across the country— from retail and multi-family to mixed-use and transit. They are all connected as design that moves people.
This hands-on experience brings focus, clarity and improved results. It ensures consistency from vision to concept to final installation.
